Greenway CDJR of Florence is an award-winning automotive dealership looking to expand our sales team to meet growing demand.
We are the largest volume Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealer in the area. We sell new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles as well as a variety of pre-owned makes and models.
After several years in business we have a remarkable reputation in the community and are entirely different from any dealership in the country.
Prior experience is not necessary we offer our employees extensive paid training.
The right applicants will be given a base salary of $; a month plus bonuses based on units sold. With the right attitude and work ethic, $60k is definitely attainable for first-year employees, $100k+ for those with a solid sales aptitude who elect to switch over to commission sales down the road.
Our big city group has the small town feel by the way we do business. Our sales tactics are less aggressive than those of any other dealerships.
We're friendly. We give our customer’s information and space so they can make the decision that's best for them. We consider ourselves advisors more than just salespeople.
We are looking for solid character individuals. We offer an outstanding service department, one of the largest inventory of new Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram in Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi area and a huge pre-owned sales department that sells as many used as we do new.
We believe in life outside of work and offer a five day work week and CLOSED EVERY SUNDAY.
To be successful you should dress professionally, be well-groomed, have a positive attitude, possess strong communication skills, have computers / smart phone proficiency, a warm personality, a strong work ethic, and professional decorum given our clientele.
