R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. expects our Outside Sales people to be the leaders in their territory. You will have an assigned geography that has an existing customer base.
Our Outside Sales people are responsible for new business development. This will come from new business at existing accounts, and new business development at new accounts.
You will be responsible for growing our sales through the execution of our calling plan. You will gain credibility and learn extensive product knowledge in a short period of time.

REQUIREMENTS :
Business to Business sales experience.
5+ Years successful experience selling a product in an outside sales role.
Industrial, industry and product knowledge preferred but not required.
College degree preferred, but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A valid driver's license.
