Field Sales Representative I

Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently seeking an electronics distribution Field Sales Representative.

The candidate will travel to, and call on our OEM and Contract Manufacturing customer base in Orange County, California, Inland Empire.

How you will spend your time :

• The Field Sales Representative will work as the customers trusted business partner to build relationships, and increase account penetration by selling deeper into our line card.
• Research, study, and analyze each existing customers history, and their current and future needs, to provide the best product options.
• Collaborate with our Power Sales Engineers when it relates to power, thermal, and battery opportunities to win new business and design registrations.
• Maintain and develop working relationships with suppliers to further satisfy our customers needs.
• Work with and develop strong and collaborative relationships with our Inside Sales Team to provide seamless customer service.

Were excited if you have :

• Direct industry experience in a technical customer facing role.
• General computer skills, including a solid working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Excellent professional communication skills, written and spoken English, including correct usage of grammar and sentence structure and appropriate professional messaging and tone.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate :

$70,000 - $115,000

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level.

The base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

To perform the position, you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S.
