Our salon is looking for talented hair stylists who are passionate about cutting hair and are looking to move into a management position! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind.

Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the salon, including staff scheduling, customer service, and inventory control.
- Maintain a professional atmosphere and ensure that all employees adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the salon's services.
- Train and mentor new staff members on proper customer service techniques.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : $50,148.33 - $60,372.18 per year

- 1 year of management experience.
