Hourly Pay Rate : $33-$34 Hourly (W-2), $37-$38 Hourly (1099)
Occupational Therapy Assistant Job Duties :
- Collaborate daily with OT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
- Provide quality therapy services to individuals in a SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
- Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.

Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements :
- Current NYS OTA License and Registration
- EMR Competence
- State Required Medical Documentations for work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (Physical, TB Test, MMRV Vaccine Record or Titers, Covid Vaccine Documentation)
- Valid Proof of Identity and Work Authorization
- Malpractice / Liability Insurance (if applicable)
