Sweve TechLTD is looking for a skilled and dedicated Remote Customer ServiceRepresentative to join our growing team. This role involveshandling customer inquiries resolving issues and providingexceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
The idealcandidate will be a proactive communicator problemsolver and a teamplayer who can work independently in a remote setting.
KeyResponsibilities :
1. Customer Support andCommunication :
Respond promptlyto customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
Address customer concerns troubleshoot issues and provideaccurate solutions.
Maintain a positive andprofessional demeanor while managing customerinteractions.
2. Issue Resolutionand FollowUp :
Resolve customercomplaints effectively by determining the root cause and offeringappropriate resolutions.
Escalate complexissues to relevant departments while ensuring timely followup andresolution.
Track and document customerinteractions ensuring records are complete and up todate.
3. Product Knowledge andAssistance :
Gain a deepunderstanding of Sweve Techs products and services to provideaccurate information to customers.
Guidecustomers through product features usage and maintenance assistingwith installation and troubleshooting as needed.
4. Collaboration andReporting :
Collaborate withother departments such as Sales and Engineering to ensure aseamless customer experience.
Report recurringissues customer feedback and improvement opportunities to theCustomer Service Manager.
5. Process Improvement and BestPractices :
Identify areas forimprovement in customer service processes and suggestenhancements.
Stay updated on company policiesprocedures and new products to deliver consistent and informedservice.
Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; anassociate degree or higher is a plus.
Experience : Previous experience in customer service call centers orremote support is preferred but not required; training will beprovided.
Technical Skills : Proficiency withCRM systems and basic computer skills; familiarity withtroubleshooting basic technical issues is a plus.
Soft Skills : Strong communication skills both written andverbal; excellent problemsolving abilities; and attention todetail.
Work Environment : Ability to workindependently in a remote setting with minimal supervision; areliable internet connection and a quiet workspace arerequired.
