Seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in the Bradenton, FL area. This is a contract to hire position, Monday to Friday $45,760 / yearly.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Our client is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to help them achieve this goal.
Responsibilities :
- Communication : Engage with new, existing, and potential customers regularly via email, phone, and chat, directing them to the appropriate resources to enhance satisfaction.
- Front-Line Contact : Serve as a professional point of contact for ID&C customers and clients.
- Customer Service : Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and escalate to the appropriate team member when necessary.
- Order Entry : Perform data entry for orders ready to be processed, as well as new orders from existing clients.
- Product Knowledge : Acquire a high level of product knowledge through training to better assist customers.
- Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience with orders.
