Weekly Pay Range - $723 To $803 Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Medical Occupational Therapy Job Duration : 5 months Shift : 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum years of experience required are not specified License : Not specified Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : Relevant qualifications and experience in occupational therapy Job Description : Provide exceptional patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapy.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized treatment plans.- Conduct therapeutic procedures to improve patient mobility and function.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies for optimizing recovery.- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate commitment to continued professional development and staying current with advancements in occupational therapy.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to modify therapeutic approaches based on patient progress.- Adhere to all safety protocols and ethical standards within the practice.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
