Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the R-TAG process from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational strategiesCoordinate with R-TAG co-chairs to set priorities, align agendas, and manage deliverablesFacilitate R-TAG decisions and ensure effective communication and implementation by downstream functionsRequired QualificationsDoctorate degree & 2 years of technology experience OR Master's degree & 4 years of technology experience OR Bachelor's degree & 6 years of technology experience OR Associate's degree & 10 years of technology experience OR High school diploma / GED & 12 years of technology experienceExtensive experience in biopharmaceutical R&D and drug developmentAdvanced degree in a relevant field with substantial cross-functional leadership experience in governanceExperience leading complex governance structures and facilitating critical initiativesProgram and project management skills in a healthcare-related environment
