We have an exciting new full-time / permanent opportunity for an experienced Medical Director Primary Care with one of our leading healthcare facilities in Lancaster, New Hampshire.

Requirements :
- Physician licensed by the State of New Hampshire
- Demonstrates the ability to perform the technical skills and critical thinking outlined in the performance standards
- Must be COVID vaccinated
- At least 2 years of administrative experience

Payer mix 35% Medicare, 15% Medicaid, 35% Commercial, balance is other Age distribution pediatric to geriatric, high elderly population in area Patients per day Average 20-24 for full day office visits 28 hours direct patient care out of Lancaster office, 9 hours Med Dir admin hours, and 3 practice admin hours.
Pay and Benefits :
- Pay : $285,000-$310,000 (depending on experience)
- Schedule : Monday-Friday (8a-5p with flexibility)
- Relocation : Relocation assistance of up to $9,000 rental assistance for first 6 months (taxable), up to $10,000 of moving assistance
- 5 weeks’ vacation, 5 days sick time
