Part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (Home Health) needed for busy therapy company working directly with a local home health company.
Job Details :
- coordinating with PT's for ongoing care.
- Flexibility is desired to be able to complete required visits as part of POC
- Generous rate of pay per visit
- Flexible schedule to meet demands of PT's and PTA's already working full-time.
- Ability to coordinate patient care with both PTA's and nursing.
Responsibilities :
- Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition.
- Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.
- Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
