Virtus Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a leading hospital in San Antonio, TX, to find an experienced and driven Administrative Director of Perioperative Services.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of multiple departments within the perioperative service line.

Responsibilities :
Operational Management : Plan, organize, direct, and manage resources for multiple departments within perioperative services on a 24 / 7 basis.
Financial Performance : Oversee budget management, ensuring efficient and effective resource utilization.
Staff Management : Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Quality Improvement : Implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and ensure high-quality care.
Collaboration : Build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, physicians, and other departments.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards for perioperative services.
Qualifications : Education :
Education :
Minimum : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Preferred : Master's Degree in Nursing, Business, or a related field.
Experience :
Minimum : 5 years of experience in a perioperative setting.
Preferred : 3-5 years of progressively responsible management experience.
Licensure / Certifications :
Required : Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse.
Preferred : Specialty or Administration certification.
Required : Active healthcare provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ARC or AHA) upon hire; AHA Healthcare Provider BLS required within 60 days of hire.
