Our client is a regional wine producer and distributor, they have a requirement for a suitably skilled Maintenance Foreman.

Role
- Under direction of the Maintenance Supervisor assign work and tasks to the employees.
- Get materials and / or tools ready for the day.
- Check quality and quantity of work.
- Ensure compliance with Safety rules and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and Good Management Practices (GMP’s),
- Train employees in proper work techniques, sustainability, and safety.
- As needed, perform all levels of hands-on tasks for respective department.
- Responsible for compliance of sustainability policies and practices which are economically viable, socially acceptable, and environmentally sound.
- Follow safe operating procedures, support safety programs and policies to safeguard personal, property, and the environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- 2- 5 years’ experience in welding, plumbing, and electrical.
- Must be able to operate vehicles, forklifts, hand tools, and machinery.
- Must have valid CA Driving License, various categories would be desirable.
- A natural engineer with managerial aspirations.
- Hardworking nature, command respect, a natural leader.
- Competent with IT.
- Respectful attitude.
