Profit Coaching is looking for Data Entry, Customer Service and Administrative assistant individuals to add to our team. Must have excellent skills, familiar with Excel, able to type 40 wpm and efficient on the number pad.
Ability to give attention to detail is a must in this position.
Position is Monday through Friday, working hours are flexible.
Responsibilities and Duties
Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize and schedule appointments
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
