Echo Tech Position - Urgent Need

Location

Cape May, NJ

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM with rotational weekends and on-call requirements.

Job Description

We have an urgent need for an Echo Tech who will perform cardiac ultrasound tests including stress echo and transesophageal echoes. The successful candidate will adhere to the standards set by the American Society of Echocardiography and ICAEL, demonstrating full knowledge of cardiac ultrasound and digital ultrasound equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality cardiac ultrasound tests as per established guidelines.
  • Prepare patients and explain procedures effectively.
  • Complete daily scheduled tests within appropriate time frames.
  • Navigate electronic medical records efficiently.

    • Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • BLS certification required.
  • Must be registered through either ARDMS or CCI.
