Your Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing timely interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families about health management and wellness.

What We’re Looking For :

Experienced Leader : Previous nursing experience preferred, especially in a NOC or critical care setting.

Licensed RN : Active RN license in Wisconsin, with a dedication to maintaining current clinical knowledge and skills.

Clinical Expertise : Proven background in rehabilitation nursing with a track record that instills confidence and trust.

Strong Communicator : Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to excellence. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
