Salary :
Medical telephone receptionist for busy surgical practice - This position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and general office duties including incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, e-referrals, scanning, faxing, and data entry.
Receives incoming telephone calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner and or greets / assists visitors in the same manner.
Candidate must be able to perform varied duties and / or administrative tasks, including answering multi line phone system, entering prescription requests, entering telephone messages, scanning, scheduling and rescheduling office appointments,
E-Referral workqueue and registration of patients all within EPIC.
Must be able to multitask, demonstrate good judgment and reasoning for solving problems.
Previous medical office experience required, previous medical assistant experience a plus. Experience with EPIC a plus.
