We are seeking a Client Care Specialist for our Lehi, UT office. Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls and connecting our patients to life-saving treatments.
But that’s just the beginning! This is an entry level role with opportunity to promote into leadership or other roles within a rapidly growing healthcare organization.
Trigger Warning : Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.
Additional $1.00 differential pay for fluent Spanish / English speakers (must pass in-house assessment).
