Established Lake Oswego Custom Home and Remodeling Contractor looking for a new full-time carpenter / laborer for a fun team that does design / build for custom homes, remodels, and boathouses.
Job duties :
- At least 1 year of labor / carpentry experience.
- Able to read plans and understand layout of walls, door openings, windows, cabinets, etc.
- Keep job sites neat, clean, safe, and organized.
- Must be able to work as a team with others.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- We work on the waterfront boating knowledge and safety are helpful, but not required.
- May be self-directed at times and need to have the ability to handle several ongoing projects at one time.
- Drive small trucks with trailers to pick up and deliver materials in the Portland area.
- A driver’s license and your own transportation are required.
