Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct Assessments : Perform thorough evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop IEPs : Create and execute individualized education plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide Therapy Services : Deliver direct therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate : Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic student support.
- Track Progress : Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Qualifications :
- Education : Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensure : Valid Texas state license.
- Experience : Prior experience working with school-aged children.
- Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
