About You :

• You have a degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• You are at a point in your career where building your own department, picking out your own equipment and hiring your own team excites you.
• You have experience developing and testing new bakery products, with a focus on unleavened breads.
• You're a whiz in the kitchen and have a deep understanding of baking principles, particularly for flatbreads and other unleavened products.
• You're creative and enjoy experimenting with new flavors, ingredients, and bread formats.
• You're a team player with excellent communication skills.

What You'll Do :

• Develop new unleavened bread recipes and concepts, including pita bread, wraps, flat breads and more
• Source and evaluate new ingredients suitable for unleavened breads.
• Create your own state of the art baking facility by managing capital expenditures.
• Analyze data and refine recipes to ensure quality, taste, and shelf life.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to bring new unleavened bread products to market.
