This position is responsible for managing projects from beginning to end. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to developing comprehensive project plans, identifying important milestones, and hitting them, communicating project expectations to team members, issuing vendor purchase orders, procuring, and reviewing submittals, ordering materials, scheduling deliveries, reviewing documents for changes, processing change orders, communicating with various departments as necessary to ensure the project is completed on time and under budget.
Project managers will communicate directly with vendors and clients on a regular basis via telephone and email. Pay is negotiable and based on experience starting at $65K.
Candidates for the project manager position will understand how to read blueprints, specifications, addenda, and other construction documents.
Candidates must be excellent communicators, organized, detail oriented, due date / task driven, proficient with Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Google, etc.
and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Procore and Bluebeam Revu knowledge / experience is preferred but not required.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with occasional overtime required; position requires full-time work in an office environment with nearly 100% of workdays consisting of completing job responsibilities electronically with use of multiple monitors.
