Your New Role

We’re looking for a full-time HVAC Lead Installer in Oklahoma City, OK, to take charge of commercial new construction HVAC installation projects. In this role, you will :

Manage installations from start to finish

Read and interpret blueprints and job plans

Assign and oversee crew tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards

Coordinate delivery and staging of equipment and materials

Work directly with project managers, contractors, and internal teams

Represent the company with professionalism on every job site

HVAC Journeyman License

6 to 10 years of commercial new construction HVAC installation experience

Proven ability to read blueprints and manage project timelines

Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
