Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring Assemblers and Material Handlers for a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier in Toledo, OH.
As an Assembler for Magna TEAM Systems, you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality front end modules and bumpers, that directly supply Jeep, are produced, assembled, packaged, and ready for delivery to the end customer.

2nd shift Mon-Sat with occasional Sun 5pm-3 : 30am
Job Responsibilities :
Assembly :
- Perform assembly tasks with precision and efficiency in the production of front end modules and bumpers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and product quality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the assembly process.
Material Handlers :
- Operate various material handling equipment, including Tugger, Stock chaser, Turret, and Picker.
- Safely transport materials within the facility to support the production process.
- Maintain a keen awareness of the production floor to optimize material flow and minimize disruptions.
Requirements :
- Must have 2nd shift availability and ability to work overtime and weekends.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Demonstrated solid work history of ONE YEAR or more with minimal employment gaps.
- For Material Handlers only : previous experience with Tugger, Stock chaser, Turret, and Picker
