What we are looking for :
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Understand and translate customer needs into actionable project plans.
- Project Planning and Execution : Develop detailed project plans that outline specific processes and timelines for implementation.
Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to align project objectives with company goals.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Solution Customization and Optimization : Leverage Intelepeer's offerings to create customized solutions for clients. Continuously assess and adjust as necessary to ensure the project meets or exceeds performance metrics.
- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Implement risk management strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Reporting and Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement : Collect feedback from clients post-implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive continuous improvement in our service delivery.
Qualifications :
- Proven working experience in project management, preferably in technology or AI-driven environments.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SmartSheets, Jira and other PM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box for innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
