A REHAB DIRECTOR (SLP / ST / Speech Therapist / Speech Language Pathologist) is now available in our sub-acute / skilled nursing rehab department located in Marlborough, MA .

Requirements
- Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
- Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
- Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
- Provide physical therapy services as needed.
- Be a licensed physical therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
- Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Candidate must have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department
- Hold CCC's & MA SLP license
