Responsibilities
- Prepare day-to-day journal entries as well as month-end accruals.
- Analyze and record changes in inventory, intangibles, and provisions.
- Record journal entries, AP invoices, and AR billing
- Engage the business to support commentary on Balance Sheet flux analysis.
- Support group initiatives to improve the overall accounting and reporting process.
- Assist in the reconciliation of trading and accounting profit & loss.
- Perform the accounting, reconciliation, and analysis of North American inter-company receivables / payables.
- Collaborate across the group in the preparation of quarterly financial reporting and the year-end audited financial reporting package to Korea.
- Maintain and reconcile all corporate GL accounts, including salary, prepayments, PP&E, and corporate receivables, and payables.
- Coordinate financial data and responses to regulatory reports.
- Assist in researching the application of accounting rules to various transaction.
- Provide monthly accounting / finance report to Korea.
- Prepares all vouchers and approved invoices for payment; processes all company payments in a timely manner.
- Responsible for customized billing.
- Communicate with relative company in Korea and U.S.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (or demonstrable equivalent experience)
- Accounting up to 2 years
- Pharma or healthcare a plus
- Tax experience a plus
- Infor or SAP platform experience a plus
- IFRS Experience a plus
- Good understanding of US GAAP
- Bilingual in Korean and English
