Speech Language Pathologist-SLP Job opportunity Norfolk, VA 2024-2025

We have partnered with a charming and supportive school district in the Norfolk area and are looking for applicants for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist position for the 2024-2025 school year.

Job Details :
- Competitive Hourly Pay Rates (further details upon request)
- Benefits : Insurance Benefits provided (Medical, Vision & Dental)
- Guaranteed Hours : Full-time (35-40 hours per week)
- Assignment Start & End Date : 2024-2025
- Case Load Description : SLP : will complete evaluations on-site case management and supervision of SLP- Assistants
- Responsibilities : Working directly with assigned students in 1 : 1 and group sessions, Speech therapy techniques, sitting in on IEP meetings, coordinating with other staff on IEPs, etc.
Job Qualifications :
- Degree : Masters Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
- License / Certification : Must hold active Norfolk SLP license
- CCCs encouraged, also considering CFYs
- School classroom experience preferred but not required, new grads also welcome!
