We're seeking a Senior Vice President for a Client Change Communications role, to join the Marketing & Communications team.

This role is located in New York City, NY or Pittsburgh, PA and follows a hybrid work model.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :

Manage key firm initiatives and high-profile projects.Strong mentoring and leadership abilities; experience of management of people required.

Oversee client change communication from start to finish, including message creation, process management, approval, and delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to craft and execute communication strategies for business and regulatory changes.Formulate and apply strategic communication plans for key client-facing, client initiatives and regulatory changes.

Offer consultancy on client change communication tactics and channel management.Utilize digital tools for crafting and sharing communications with specific audiences.

Engage with internal teams to support and develop resource platforms.Partner with business partners to ensure our communications engage clients and drive change.

Clearly present our findings and perspectives throughout our marketing and client relations.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following :

Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.Solid background in editing and proofreading, complying with established guidelines and technical style manuals.

Proficient in networking, fostering collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary teams, including top management.Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, executing tasks rapidly and precisely, with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.

Dedicated to improving client interactions through strategic involvement approaches and persuasive communications.Proven expertise in formal business communication, including FAQs, talking points, presentations, newsletters, and more.

Initiate and develop creative communication and marketing material to highlight BNY's insights and strategies.Bachelor's degree or an equivalent blend of education and professional experience required.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $119,000 and $221,000 per year at the commencement of employment.

However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
