• Kerridge Commercial Systems is the leading specialist supplier of fully integrated ERP systems and related services to niche vertical markets in the wholesale and retail distribution, logistics and service sectors.
• A fast-paced PE backed company moving through a period of high growth and operational transformation.
• Following restructure in the wider group, this role has been giver a wide remit across the NA trading companies working closely with the central finance team
• This role will be responsible for production of reconciled TB and flash management accounts for multiple entities to allow group consolidation to be completed

Key Responsibilities :

Following decision to implement a new ERP system a role has opened up for a dedicated System Accountant

• Involvement in all aspects of new system implementation
• Lead in configuration and testing
• Oversee the development and completion of UAT
• Ongoing oversight as principle system administrator
• Maintaining the system and updating the accounting software
• Ongoing improvement of processes within the accounting team
• Collaborating with key senior stakeholders across finance and IT
• Ongoing development and training of the users

Skills, Knowledge and Experience :

Essential

• Delivering project support for the system rollout
• Supporting end user UAT
• Manage individual projects as required.
• Provide training for system end users
• Ability to use Excel to an advanced level
• Advanced communication skills
• Develop quality user training documents and support internal staff post implementation
• Co-ordinate thorough testing of systems to ensure correct operation and capabilities
• 1st Line system support for Live Business units
• Building and maintaining professional relationships

Desirable

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant.
• Previously worked with large data sets
• Graduate
• Recurring revenue recognition in a software business
• Previous experience of international group
