Flagstar Rehab PTs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to perform evaluations, treatments, and patient / family education to improve the physicality and cognition of their patients and positively impact their ability to function in their daily lives.

Hourly Pay Rate : $39-$48 Hourly (W-2), $54-$61 Hourly (1099)
Physical Therapist Job Duties :
- Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for PTAs to follow.
- Supervise PTAs daily.
- Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting , who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
- Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
Physical Therapists employed by Flagstar Rehab will receive :

Physical Therapist Requirements :
- Current NYS PT License and Registration
- CPR Certification
- EMR Competence
Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
- Malpractice / Liability Insurance (if applicable)
