Job Description
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Management Subcontract Associate Manager for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to perform subcontract program management and administration duties in support of the M270 and HIMARS Programs.
Key responsibilities include :
- Supporting new business proposals, post-award contracts execution, and contract closeout.
- Overseeing a team of subcontract administrators and managing subcontract tasks such as :
- Preparing bid packages
- Organizing bidders' conferences
- Defining evaluation criteria
- Assessing proposals
- Negotiating subcontract provisions
- Finalizing subcontractor selection
- Administering subcontracts
- Overseeing the negotiation and coordination of subcontract modifications, additions, and deletions.
- Collaborating with Contracts Administration and Purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures and signing supplier agreements and purchase orders within authorized limits.
- Performing Cost Account Management tasks as needed.
Desired skills
Familiar with using SAP and Procure to Pay (P2P)
Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition procedures
Experience with negotiating and administering Fixed Price and Cost type subcontracts
