Overview
JOB SUMMARY
The Pediatric Registered Nurse provides quality patient care to patient group ranging in age from 2 to 15 years old. Functions with a focus on patient safety and customer service.
Conducts patient assessment, participates plan of care, implements and evaluates care according to patient specific age and / or development needs.
Works in a mix-unit, flexible to be cross trained and take medical surgical patient assignment as well.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required Experience :
1 years of pediatric experience required
Graduate of approved nursing program certificate.
- Current California RN license
- Current PALS, BCLS, ACLS, NIHS Stroke Cert. (AHA)
- Medical / Surgical experience preferred
- Proficiency in both written and oral English Required Education :
