Job Description
The Owners Project Manager is responsible for :
- Leading and managing aviation division projects from inception to completion
- Collaborating closely with the project management team to ensure project milestones are met
- Overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Ensuring compliance with Chapter 149 and 149A project requirements
- Utilizing project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel to manage project details and timelines
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Contributing to the growth and culture of our expanding team

The Successful Applicant
The right Owners Project Manager has the following qualifications :
- 10-15+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong background in public projects & significant Massport and Chapter 149 / 149A project experience (required)
- Proven experience managing parking structures / garages
- Proficient in project management software : Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to commute to Seaport, MA
