- Full-time permanent position
- Monday through Friday work schedule; potential for 4 / 8s
- Experience with high acuity patients and substance abuse is preferred
- Competitive base salary, bonuses, and full benefits package; make $300k+ in the first year
- Join several providers; must be dual-boarded IM or FM with psych training
- Quality patient census of no more than 10 patients per day
- Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, 20 days of PTO, and all major holidays off
- Must be board certified (or BE if a resident)
