About the roleAs a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

We're open to junior-level candidates that are willing to learn and grow within the largest Commercial Real Estate company in the world!What you’ll doSupport invoicing, purchase order management and budgetary administration.

Will support vendor and contractors along with facilities work orders and related follow-ups.Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders.

Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status.File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.

Follow existing standard operating procedures to execute work orders and preventative maintenance measures.What you’ll needHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

Basic finance and purchase order experience.Good communication and written skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.Quick learner and positive demeanor with a strong customer service focus.

The compensation range is about $58,000 to $65,000 annual base salary. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
