Position : Registered Nurse RN Open Heart (CVOR RN)

Shift Details : Days (7a-7p)

On Call : It’s a call once a week and one weekend a month. However, there could be changes depending on the need of the department. On call as needed.

Position Summary :

• Proficient in conducting comprehensive patient assessments and accurately analyzing assessment data to inform and guide clinical decision-making and care planning for cardiovascular patients requiring critical care
• Demonstrates exceptional teamwork and communication skills by effectively collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care

Qualifications :

• 1 year of Open Heart (CVOR) RN experience in an Acute Care environment Required!
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
• BSN is preferred
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA Healthcare provider) required
• CNOR preferred

Compensation :

• Pay Rate : UP to $46.26 / hr. (Based on years of exp.)
• On call pay : $4
• Shift Differentials : $4.50 / hr. Nights, $1.50 / hr. Weekends, and $1.50 / hr. for having a National Certification
