A highly regarded Bay Area family law firm is seeking an accomplished associate attorney with a strong background in Family Law to join their reognized team.
Qualified candidates must have experience managing all aspects of Family Law litigation from initial filing through post-judgment.
The successful applicant will have a strong work ethic, superior communication skills, and experience representing high net-worth individuals in divorce, custody arrangements, division of assets, and related family disputes.

Qualifications & Skills :
- 3-5+ years of experience practicing in Family Law
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar
- Ability to work independently and collaborate well as part of a team
- Draft various legal correspondence, prepare and participate in hearings and court appearances, and provide guidance to clients throughout the processes
- Ability to manage multiple cases through varying stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution
- Interest in and aptitude for networking and marketing
- Experience with Trust & Estates is a plus
