Join our team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Behavioral Health department. This role requires a 26

• week commitment, with a 40
• hour work week, mid
• day shift.

Responsibilities :

• Patient care, medication management, and documentation.
• Data entry.
• Compliance with facility procedures.

Requirements :

• Active Texas LPN / LVN Licensure.
• AHA BLS Certification.
• 2+ years of LVN or LPN experience, preferably in behavioral health.
• Experience with a larger med pass.
• Clear communication skills.
• Compliance with HHSC immunization and drug test requirements.
• Completion of facility and HHSC required training.
• COVID
• 19 vaccination.

Our facility in San Antonio, Texas, provides 24 / 7 care for individuals with behavioral issues and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As an LVN / LPN, you will perform advanced vocational nursing work, provide care, and assist with on

job training for new hires.
