Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sandy Springs, GA. As an Insurance Defense Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation.
Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, maintaining case files, and assisting with trial preparation.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
- Prior experience in insurance defense or a legal environment is required
- A minimum of 3-5 years is required
- Transcription experience a plus
