A full-time entry level Field Technician position is immediately available with on-the-job training for the right candidate.
Meeting a successful 90-day introductory period may qualify you for advancement. The position demands a high level of competency for on-site productivity and communications throughout installation projects.
Multi day remote water conservation surveys, flow control devise installations or reoccurring maintenance at existing plumbing fixtures and materials management will be required.
The ideal candidate is team-oriented who is customer service focused and adapts to overcome challenges.
Job / Project responsibilities :
- Perform installation services alongside team of Technicians and Facilities Engineers
- Follow all hospital rules of etiquette, health and safety
- Organize and maintain tools, equipment, materials and assist with startup and closeout of projects
- Record details in accurate and consistent formats for all work completed
- Report project progress to Lead and assist in handling issues as they arise
- Adapt to scope variations in order to meet customer requirements and company goals
- Develop and display product knowledge and efficient on site productivity strategies
- Manage materials including inventory and prepare tools and performance essentials
- Maintain personal medical records for badging requirements for working within hospitals
- Availability for work on flexible hours including some Saturdays and evenings (6 major holidays off)

Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and adaptable to changing conditions
- Willingness to work with hands and basic plumbing tools
- Effective written email and verbal communication
- Forward thinking for project needs including materials, tools and techniques
- Working knowledge of computer and scanning device applications with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Outlook Email and our Fixture Care Application
- Physically fit to walk for long periods with agility when carrying medium loads bending or stooping
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Occasional travel and overnight stay
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Immunizations required to work in Healthcare facilities
Compensation :
- Starting at $17 to $19 per hour based on experience
- Advancement possible after first 90-day performance review
