Bilingual Call Center Agent

Pay $18 - $19 per hour
1st Shift 8 AM - 5 PM
Requirements 1 year of experience + proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications + the ability to lift 50 pounds

Bilingual Call Center Agent Duties
- Capture data and review.
- Answer phones.
- Transcribe and communicate with the shared services manager.
- Assist with mail tasks and scan prep duties.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in daily work.
- Investigate and answer claimant questions.
- Troubleshoot and report data irregularities.
