About The Position
Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30)
Description :
- Shift : 5x8hr Days (Mon-Fri; Weekends not required)
- Daily Patient Load : 1 : 50-60+
- Years of Experience REQ : At least 1 YR of experience working with geriatrics / At least 2 YR of experience working with geriatrics from ethnically diverse groups
- First-Timers Accepted : Yes
- Weekend REQ : No
- Certs REQ : BLS
- Skills REQ : High-Risk Intervention, Knowledge of Cultural Issues, NASW Code of Ethics, Community-Based Programs, Suicide / Homicide / Self Harm, Coordinating Services - Home Care , Discharge, Care Delivery, Plan and Goal Setting
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
- Open to accommodating block schedule? No
- Locals Accepted : Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
- Pending License Accepted : No (WA license in-hand REQUIRED at time of signature;
- Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
- EPIC experience is REQUIRED.
