Responsibilities
What your day to day might look like :
- Leads leasing staff, by example, of exceptional leasing and closing skills
- Trains, motivates and provides support as mentor to Leasing Specialists
- Assists in off-site and on-site promotions, including assisting and attending resident functions
- Implements and coordinates off-site marketing programs with preferred employers to promote Highmark communities
- Assists with planning and implementing resident retention and renewal programs
Maintains updated Market Survey, with a full understanding of market comparables
Assists the Property Manager with marketing and special projects, as needed
Qualifications
