Are you a Senior AI Engineer with extensive experience in implementing Conversational AI / Generative AI workflows using LangChain, LangSmith, RAG, and Multi-agency designs?

As they gear up for an imminent product launch, they’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to drive forward future development from the early stages!
In this role, you’ll will drive the design and implementation of Conversational AI workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered systems.
you will be key in aligning the technical strategy, collaborate with Product to launch cutting-edge AI features, and lead R&D for new innovations.
You’ll be the go-to expert for performance, optimization, and security, while partnering with customers to deliver this unique AI platform.

The person
- A strong background in implementing AI solutions (Conversational AI / Generative AI)
- Experience with LangChain, LangSmith, RAG, Multi-agency designs, and R&D projects
- Experience in the role of full-stack or back-end software engineer
- Experience with Python & JS stack : node.js
- Happy to work 5 days a week in Miami onsite

- Lead the design of conversational AI, RAG pipelines and agent architectures
- Lead the design of web applications with a focus on integrating AI capabilities.
- A technically autonomous role working closely with the VP of Engineering
- Working with customers on the AI platform implementation.
- Early start up environment with the equivalent of series B funding!
