We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure our Crownsville facility operates smoothly, safely, and remains a welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Position : Maintenance Technician

Location : Cascade, CO

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM (On-call as needed for emergencies)

Compensation : $24.50 Per Hour

What You'll Do : As our Maintenance Technician , you will be an integral part of ensuring the safety, functionality, and comfort of our treatment center.

You’ll work closely with the facilities team to handle a wide variety of maintenance tasks, ranging from routine inspections to emergency repairs.

You will be responsible for :

• Conducting inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across the facility, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Responding quickly to maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Overseeing outside contractors for specialized projects and repairs.
• Keeping detailed records of work orders, repairs, and equipment inventories.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work environments, contributing to the overall therapeutic atmosphere for our clients.

What You’ll Bring to the Role :

Technical Expertise in Maintenance and Repairs

With strong knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance, you’ll handle a variety of technical issues that ensure our facility stays fully functional and safe.

Problem-Solving Skills

You’re a quick thinker who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving issues on the fly, helping to prevent disruptions in our care environment.

Attention to Detail

You’ll be thorough in inspections and preventive maintenance, catching issues early and ensuring safety and compliance across the board.

Independence and Self-Motivation

You’re comfortable working independently, managing your workload, and responding to emergency maintenance calls, all while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Communication and Team Collaboration

You’ll communicate clearly with supervisors, contractors, and team members, ensuring smooth coordination on all maintenance tasks.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in construction / maintenance required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, independent worker with excellent communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
