Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC)
Contracted Work - 1099 (On-Site Salt Lake City)
Aspire365 is actively seeking Substance Use Disorder Counselors (SUDC) to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals.
This is a contracted work - 1099 position, with flexible hours, focusing on delivering services through in-person visits.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients’ substance use history and treatment needs.
- Provide one-on-one counseling and facilitate group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications :
- SUDC (Required)
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
Requirements :
- Maintain and keep current all applicable licenses and certifications.
- Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
Experience : At least 2 years of providing counseling services
