Non-conforming materials management - Supports incoming Non-Conforming Material Report (NCMR) activities, responsible for Material Review Board (MRB) and related corrective and improvement actions with suppliersSupports operations in supplier related issues, communicates non-conformances identified during manufacturing and drives resolution in partnership with cross-functional team and supplierPerformance monitoring and corrective actions - Monitors supplier performance (scorecard) to drive supplier corrective action, manufacturing yield issues and field failures.
Supplier Audit management - Supports Supplier Audit management and corrective actions identified from supplier auditsContinuous improvement - Works with suppliers, design engineers, supplier quality and purchasing to implement changes that will improve quality, yields and cost of the product.
- Activities include Gage Repeatability &Reproducibility, Process Capability (Cpk analysis), etc. Requirements : Knowledge of FDA, GMP, & ISO 13485;
- Experience working with printed circuit boards, pumps, motors, solenoids, sheet metal mfg., machined parts (both metal and plastic), or injection molding are all desired;
Previous experience working with Oracle based ERP / SAP system, knowledgeable with Microsoft Office especially doing data analysis using Excel.
- Preferred Experience : Previous experience with MRB process, working with suppliers on corrective actions and familiarity with ERP / SAP systems;
- Supplier ops quality roleEducation : BS degree, Eng / Mech. / Bio Chem or closely related discipline (No fresh grads / Master may apply)Experience : 3 yrs of experience;
- Candidates who have skills / experience with quality tools such as Corrective actions, Material Review Board, Quality Hold Process, worked in a manufacturing environment, have had previous experience working with suppliers;
