(MDM Specialist) EUC Services - Specialist (Hybrid)

Role : Intune Administrator

Role Description : Handling Intune Infrastructure and Day-to-Day activities.

Must have skill : Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS) / Microsoft Intune / Mobile Iron / AirWatch preferred with 7+ years of experience.

Candidate should have good communication skills and must be at client location. Remote is not allowed.

Good to have skill : SCCM Co-Management, Application Packaging, scripting, Azure Virtual Device, M365 cloud PC.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Support user in Enrolment of device via Company Portal.

2. Knowledge of Apple DEP automated enrollment.

3. MDM : End of end knowledge on Intune / Endpoint Manager Admin Centre Console.

4. Working knowledge / deployment of AirWatch Acc, MAG and other integration components.

5. Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Security features covered under Modern workplace offering :

a. Mobile device management - Intune

b. Data Security

c. Windows 10, Desktop virtualization

d. Windows Autopilot setup & provisioning

6. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management

a. Experiencing in customer support, product support, IT Admin Support, consulting or solutions architect, or systems development.

7. Providing pre-sales technical / architectural support and driving successful user adoption.

8. Technical experience with Microsoft 365 security (Windows Defender / Advanced Threat Protection, Security and Compliance Centre, EMS suite.

9. Maintain and update the security Hardening parameters for installed On-Prem or Customer cloud tenants.

10. Enforce MAM policies and procedures in the Intune environment.

12.Provide a platform for Mobile device environment including coordination with third parties and other teams within client ecosystem as needed.

13. Distribute Software and apps "over -the air" on all platform & OS.

14. Enable employee self-activation of corporate and BYODs.

15. Provide services for real time cost management (License Harvesting) and policy enforcement.

16. Optimize mobile carrier plan according to use requirements, user profile studies and standards and policies.

17. Provide device alerts and warnings for overages and roaming (If telecom policies are enforced).

18. Provide authorized employees secure access to approved third party and private applications.

19. Respond to requests from internal and authorized external business units in a timely manner.

20. Prioritize and execute in a time-sensitive environment.

21. Ability and desire to conduct research and resolve tickets from the end user community for mobile device issue and new products.

22. Work with a team of engineers to plan, design, develop, build and deploy new MDM solutions of different dept. within the customer network.

23 . Mobile Application Management or MAM

a. Allow / block / quarantine access to blacklisted applications.

b. Application Deployment in WS1.

c. Application Deployment via Intune on Win10 Devices.

d. Should have knowledge on VPP application management.

e. Provide support for publishing applications into the company portal catalog and help deployment of those applications.

f. Should have expertise on Application Deploy, Upgrades and Application removal on all major platforms.

g. Monitor for application compliance and configure auto enforcement policy to fix.
