job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBoard Certified or Board Eligible (Urology) REQUIRED SC state license PREFERRED Client willing to accept providers who is willing to obtain licensure ACLS & BLS REQUIRED DEA - REQUIRED Min coverage of 6 days per month - REQUIRED Earn $2,100 for 1099 per On Call shift Earn $325 per hour for call back Get reimbursed for travel expenses Be covered with malpractice insurance Get reimbursed if you need to apply or reactivate a state license Get reimbursed if you have to renew any certifications (ACLS, BLS etc) Earn referral bonuses of $3,000
